Our History
Recognizing that quality of life is elusive but critical to health and well-being, Crystal Littlejohn began experimenting with enrichment activities for the clients in her care management business, Geriatric Resources, LLC.
It was quite a process, with many speed bumps along the way. But she found the response from clients and families so overwhelmingly positive and the eventual benefits to her business so great, that she decided to create a system so colleagues around the country could quickly establish their own program and be spared the risk and expense of starting from scratch.

Meet Our Founder
Crystal is an expert and leader in the geriatric care field, with a career that spans more than three decades. She has worked in diverse settings, including assisted living, skilled nursing, assisted living memory care, hospice, and geriatric care management.
Ms. Littlejohn is founder and geriatric care manager for Geriatric Resources, LLC, and Thoughtful Engagement®, Inc. She holds a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager Certification (CALFM) through the Arizona Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers. Crystal also obtained certification as a certified senior advisor (CSA), is an active member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, and serves on the leadership team of the Western Region chapter of the Aging Life Care Association®. In 2007, she achieved certification by the National Association of Certified Care Managers as a CMC (care manager certified).
Crystal believes that all seniors deserve the compassionate, individualized care that allows them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
